We had a crack in a fitting on the main waterline on a weekend. Called to see if anyone could keep us from being without water for the weekend. Arron arrived and crawled under the house to examine the situation. He returned to his truck with a surprisingly small amount of tools and material. He crawled back under and in less time than I had imagined had changed the cracked fitting and was able to restore service. Then the bill came. I was amazed at the low price for emergency weekend repair work. I would certainly use their services again and recommend them. Photos 1before, 2 after

Jeremy came out on his day off to get our main line cleared and stop the waterfall emergency we had going into our crawlspace. He was super knowledgeable, had it handled fast, and was a pleasure to work with. Jeremy rocks!!!

Aaron Donahue came to my plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning 8/8/2026. I had some problems with my plumbing to say the least. It wasnt a problem for Mr. Donahue. He had some major issues repaired in about 1 and a half. I tell you, you may think its major but Roto Rooter and my tech Aaron Donahue handled it professionally and promptly at a great price! Would I call Roto Rooter for my next plumbing needs. You bet I will!

We had a major plumbing issue with our house! We had to replace old clay pipes and have a road shut down to do the job. Although the job was expensive, Roto Rooter offered the by far the best price compared to the other companies in the area. The foreman John was very helpful and kept me updated with all of the details of the project. For a major job, I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter. My wife and I plan on using them for all of our plumbing issues moving forward.

The technician, Ethan Rittenhouse, was professional and a positive representative of the Company.

It was Sunday night at 10 PM and our shower and toilets were not draining. Jeremy Palmer arrived at our house around 10:30 PM and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Super friendly and attentive. If we ever have any plumbing problems in the future, we will be using this company. Were so grateful for their on call 24/7 services!

Robert Luttrell came out today to assist with a leak that ended with a call to an HVAC company. I cannot possibly praise him enough. Articulate, kind, extreme knowledgeable and downright hilarious! My spouse and I found ourselves laughing and trading stories with him between diagnosing the issues we were having. Afterward, he recommended an HVAC company since we didnt know who to call. Because of our fantastic experience with him, we signed up for a preventative service plan and will be requesting him by name moving forward. Thank you Robert for being so helpful, kind and sharing in some laughs with us - you made our day!

The whole experience was great! I had them replace the lid on my tank with one that had a riser. They dug it up when they said they would but had to order a custom lid but got it done in a reasonable time. Scotty and his partner were amazing. Very personable and they work hard. Leveled out the area very well.

Robert Luttrel of Roto Rotor came out to replace a garbage disposal which was at least 40 years old. Robert was very professional and quickly completed the job, provided a new key to unman the disposal and a new stopper! I highly recommend Roto Rotor and if possible ask for Robert. He is a gentleman and professional plumber!

Jorge and Bryan did an exceptional job emptying the septic tank for our Rising Fawn cabin! They explained everything they were doing, why they were doing it, and gave me suggestions as to what I could do to help the septic system in the future. Septic tanks are new to me and they were willing to answer all my questions. They coordinated with each other in doing their job, cleaned up totally, and even put dirt back on the tank. When l need this done again, Roto Rooter of Chattanooga will certainly be the ones I will call. A sincere thank you to both Jorge and Bryan for fixing our problem!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE EVER, called at 7;30 am, my toilet wasn"t working, by 9;30 am Ethan had it fixed, and at a reasonable price.

We had a major issue pertaining to our irrigation system that affected our main water line to the house. Getting an irrigation company to come out that same day was impossible, so we resorted to a emergency plumbing service. Started off with Wes coming out for an estimate, because we weren't sure if they'd be able to fix it. He came in record time and told us that they definitely would be able to repair it. Our tech, Kyle, showed up not long after that. He was able to repair the problem and we were still able to use our irrigation system. The time line from the first initial call was 10:45am to being completely finished about 12:45pm. We just knew it would take all day to get our water back on. Great service, great professionalism and would definitely recommend. Kyle...we know it was hot and absolutely appreciated your extra efforts at getting it done.

Josh did a very good job In getting our situation corrected . We live in an old mill village and sewage is connected to the Rome City- we as owners are responsible if blockage is on the owners end of the sewer system , so this is twice in 6 months that we have had Roto-Rooter here . The technician, Moe, is the only reason for this 5 star review. His customer service was more than could be expected from 90% of the construction workforce. He made sure he checked everything he needed and even double and triple checked. He was very thorough with his inspection, diagnosis, and treatment. He was quick and professional, but also personable making the entire process very smooth and simple for me. Before, I would have never called roto rooter, too big of a company for me, but now I will because of Moe. Hire more Moes and see how it goes.

I called at night on Friday and he was here at 11AM Saturday! He was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. He took out that clog in no time. I am well pleased with Roto Rooter and Corey Nelson. I called on Saturday afternoon and Corey was here in less than 30 minutes. He was finished working in about 20 minutes. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I've never used RR before but in the future I will definitely call whenever needed.
