Kyle was fast , professional at installing a new electric water heater. He did a great job.

my regular local guy couldn't make it out to my house but I needed someone asap. so I reluctantly called these guys- but they were great. honestly it was great service, the guy was super personable and friendly, answered questions and communicated well. very pleased to have our issue taken care of quickly and painlessly and for a reasonable price. can't ask for anything else, right ?

We had a leak late in the evening on Sunday, they showed up, diagnosed the issue and got is taken care of.

Kyle was great! He came with the part already in hand. Assessed the issue and replaced the expansion tank quickly. The response time was amazing. From my initial call to completion of activity was less than an hour.

Moe did a great job. He showed pictures of the problem and the repair. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was pleased either his work and would recommend him.

Josh did a very good job In getting our situation corrected . We live in an old mill village and sewage is connected to the Rome City- we as owners are responsible if blockage is on the owners end of the sewer system , so this is twice in 6 months that we have had Roto-Rooter here . He did spread straw in the area of our access to help with the area. Thanks again to his responsiveness

The technician, Moe, is the only reason for this 5 star review. His customer service was more than could be expected from 90% of the construction workforce. He made sure he checked everything he needed and even double and triple checked. He was very thorough with his inspection, diagnosis, and treatment. He was quick and professional, but also personable making the entire process very smooth and simple for me. Before, I would have never called roto rooter, too big of a company for me, but now I will because of Moe. Hire more Moes and see how it goes.

I had a clog from hell going into a weekend. I went with Roto Rooter because they didn't charge more for weekend calls but I'll keep coming to them for Tony C! If it's not Tony, don't send anyone! I called at night on Friday and he was here at 11AM Saturday! He was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. He took out that clog in no time. I am well pleased with Roto Rooter and Corey Nelson. I called on Saturday afternoon and Corey was here in less than 30 minutes. He was finished working in about 20 minutes. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I've never used RR before but in the future I will definitely call whenever needed.

Moe explained everything, then fixed it all and now I have hot water!! He is the best!!

A big shout out to Ray, John, Rudy and Aaron. Had them out to pipe burst under my garage slab to replace a disintegrating cast iron sewer pipe. Got it all done in 2 days even after hitting a few snags literally. And saved me from having to cut up my garage floor. They also got my washer and kitchen drains repiped. He was very professional about his work and he made us aware of what he was going to do and how he would do it.But I was not satisfied with Roto Rooter estimate that was sent prior to the job starting.It was not complete with the total amount for the work that was going to be done.

Working with Scotty Frashier of Roto Rooter was a pleasure. I am a former engineer who worked with heavy equipment operators for years. He was one of the most skilled operators I have worked with. My wife and I are very pleased on how he finished the job and made our landscaping work much easier. We spent 40 years landscaping our yard and had lots of landscape rocks, trees and flower beds to contend with. He was able to work our new infiltrator system in and around things with minimal disruption. The final grading was excellent. I will not hesitate to choose Roto Rooter again in the future especially if I could work with Scotty again. Thank you, Scotty!
